Preparing to Ask for Help for Sexual Harassment
Pennsylvania workers do not need complete proof before contacting a support organization or reporting sexual harassment. However, it can help to save certain types of documentation, including: emails, text messages, screenshots, social media messages, workplace complaints, and notes identifying dates, locations, witnesses, and what occurred. Copies should be stored somewhere the employer or alleged harasser cannot access.
