Bryan Arce – Managing Partner

Bryan Arce brings real-world experience and a deep sense of purpose to his role as Managing Partner at Phillips & Associates. Before becoming an attorney, Bryan spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, giving him firsthand insight into the kinds of workplace abuse and wage violations many employees face. Today, he uses that experience to passionately advocate for workers subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unfair pay practices.

Bryan has been part of multiple million-dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients and is known for treating each case with the seriousness it deserves. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School and former judicial intern at the EEOC, he combines legal skill with empathy and a strong commitment to justice.
